So it's the first day of the work week, and since I was out of town all weekend, no single person has seen me on both days so far.  Tomorrow should be the first day of people actually noticing.

I've got dance practice tonight and tomorrow night (we're doing Michael Jackson's Thriller dance downtown on Halloween).  I expect to stink profusely by Wednesday morning.

CINNAMON NUTELLA CAKE

175 g. Soft marg. or butter

175 g. golden castor sugar

3 eggs

200 g. self raising flour +1 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

4 tablsp. milk

4 rounded tablesp. Nutella (or 200 g. jar of own brand chocolate spread)

50 g. chopped hazlenuts ( and I add a few more for topping.)

Pre heat the oven to 180 degree C /gas mark  4 (fan oven 160 C.)

Grease and line a 20cm. round cake tin.

Cream method making the cake. Butter and sugar, beat in eggs. Sieve together the flour, B.P. and cinnamon. Add flour and chopped hazlenuts. Gently add milk.

Spoon 3/4 of the cake mix into the cake tin. Spoon on the Nutella. Add the rest of the cake mix. Stir a few times with a  skewer. Smooth the top and sprinkle on  few more chopped nuts.

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 mins. Cover with foil of it starts to get too brown.

Cool for 10 mins then turn out to cool.

Keeps for a week. Can be foil wrapped and frozen.

Well i usally do not write about my personal life, but today I just need to vent. One question for anybody, how come men do not relize what they have until its gone?

I have been with my husband for thrre years and two weeks ago i dound out a lot of things about him that I did not know. He has lied to me all these years and expects me to just forgive him, if it was little lies I probably could. But they aren't. For example, he had a son that i thought we both found out about, it was 1 month after our wedding. He did the whole dna test and did everything by the book, and then I find out he knew about him for a whole year. When i asked him about it all he could say was that he needed to find a mom for him. Are you serious, the child already has a mom, That was just one of them.

I kicked him out after he hit me cuz no man will ever do that to me. The first year of our lives was perfect, then he changed into a mean horrible person. Now he wants me back and promises to change and to be the best husband ever. I honestley do not think I can ever trust him again. So here I am all alone and have no clue what to do.

I have all these plans and bought tickets to Rascal Flatts and now i get to go alone, what fun is that going to be, so here is my queation for all that wants to answer. Should I go to the concert by myself or should I ask my soon to be ex-husband to come with me. I dont want to go by myself but I also want to see the concert. All my friends are either busy or they have to work. Any comment or answer to my question would be helpful. Thank You

Tina Fey now does a much better Sarah Palin than Sarah Palin. Fey has said that she does not want to spend the next four years impersonating Palin on Saturday Night Live and she may be in luck. The desperate McCain campaign shows every sign of losing.
The SNL spoof of the Palin v Biden TV debate is just wonderful. When asked about marriage, Fey says: "I believe marriage is supposed to be a sacred institution between two unwilling teenagers."
